Makeup Consulting offers a thorough consultation service where clients can connect virtually to determine their specific makeup product and tool needs. Whether they already own certain items or are looking to make new purchases, RKM is here to help.

If desired, clients can also set a budget, and RKM will curate a selection of products for them to purchase, taking advantage of our discounts and special offers. Once the products and tools are chosen, they can be conveniently picked up or delivered to the client’s location.

While this service does not provide training on purchased products and tools, its primary purpose is to offer clients expert guidance in selecting the right products tailored to their needs. Clients have the option to add a retainer for product purchases or book an educational class with a selection of recommended products.

Our 1-on-1 Education service provides clients with the opportunity to work closely with RKM’s expert trainers for personalized instruction in their chosen makeup category. During these sessions, clients gain comprehensive knowledge on makeup application techniques, with a focus on understanding the technical aspects behind product usage for their unique face shape, skin type, skin tone, lifestyle, and more.

We currently offer three types of self-application classes:

1. RKM 1 ON 1 Education – Eyes

2. RKM 1 ON 1 Education – Complexion

3. RKM 1 ON 1 Education – Full Face

These classes include hands-on demonstrations of everyday makeup applications, along with additional training on transitioning from a daytime to a nighttime look, achieving a more dramatic effect. If desired, the class can be customized to focus on specific looks, such as a smoky eye or changes in face structure.

In our “show and do” teaching style, our artist executes the makeup application step by step on one side of the client’s face, while guiding the client to replicate the techniques on the opposite side until the desired outcome is achieved.

Please note that this category alone does not involve product consultation. RKM will demonstrate techniques using their own kit products. However, they will not provide specific recommendations for products or tools unless you have booked a makeup consulting session.

Our 1-on-1 Education with Makeup Consulting service offers the best of both worlds: expert technique training and personalized product recommendations. You will receive comprehensive instruction to master your desired makeup look, while also benefiting from our curated selection of recommended and/or purchased products and tools. This combination ensures that you have all the necessary resources to achieve your perfect look with confidence.

Please note that the cost of training and makeup consulting does not include products. Clients are responsible for creating a separate budget, and RKM will curate and purchase the products on their behalf. A retainer is required for product purchases and is subject to restocking fees or penalties in case of order cancellation by the client.
