Deposits are required for all appointments. No Exceptions. All deposits are non-refundable unless RKM cancels appointment due to personal reasons.

RKM reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments, with deposit refunds if applicable. RKM will work with clients to reschedule appointments and will transfer the deposit for their next booked date. Deposit transfer will apply to one client reschedule, after which will be absorbed and appointment status will move to cancellation. Cancellation fees will apply.

“To You” Service Guidelines:
For “To You” service, please designate a space specifically for makeup application, (preferably with natural light) where no other person, other than the artist and the person being serviced, is permitted. Artist will arrive early to ensure the area is properly sanitized, please ensure that the area is cleaned.
Artists requests that during the makeup application, the workspace area is free of any additional persons. Due to COVID-19, we want to maintain a 6 foot social distance from anyone that is not receiving a service, and masks are requested to be worn by any persons in close proximity.

COVID 19: Pre-screening:
Due to COVID-19, RKM reserves the right to cancel appointments based on failure of the pre-screening check. It is the responsibility of the client to read all applicable COVID guidelines and book your appointment based on your ability to confidently pass a pre-screening. Cancellation Policy:
RKM requires cancellations a minimum of 3 days prior to your event, to have no further charges.

Cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged 75% of total charge, absorbing the deposit amount, plus, charging an additional 25% of your booked rate. however, cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100%, absorbing your deposit amount, plus, charging the additional 50% of the total booked rate. No Exceptions.

Bridal Appointments booked under the no trial, less than 2 weeks from the date of service, will be required to pay the full amount of the booked rate for any cancellations.
